Scope of the guarantee

What the guarantee covers.

The 45-day money-back guarantee applies to all shared web hosting plans, including Ultra 1x, Ultra Unlimited, and Ultra Unlimited Pro. It covers the hosting plan fees you paid at signup. The guarantee window starts from your initial signup date and doesn't apply to renewals or accounts that have been previously refunded and re-opened.

Eligible for refund: all shared web hosting plans, WordPress optimized hosting plans, Nginx optimized hosting plans, Weebly hosting plans, and any of the above on monthly, annual, or multi-year billing.

Not included in refunds: domain name registrations, SSL certificate purchases, dedicated IP addresses, setup fees and add-on services, and the free domain cost (deducted from refund) when a domain was bundled with the plan.
